Why should I list my home with Top Dog Properties?

Top Dog Properties will be able to maximize your Properties exposure far beyond the reach of traditional real estate brokerage and companies. This is a total of 4 separate MLS systems which all syndicate to the top real estate sites like Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, etc. This means that you are getting 4 times the exposure on these sites. In addition to these sites, you will have a social media campaign conducted by Top Dog individual brokers as well as Top Dog, so you are getting exponentially more exposure on social media. What advantage is there to using Top Dog Properties to help me find my new property?

Outside of our extended expertise across all spectrums of real estate, we also cover the majority of the ski resorts in Colorado as well as the Denver Front range areas. This means that we do not care where you find your perfect property, because it is all the same to the team. You will not have to worry about feeling the pressure from a broker to buy in a specific area based on where the Broker works, because Top Dog operates as a team and not individual Brokers. Our goal is ensuring a stress and pressure free buying experience regardless of the where you decide to buy.

Do you have people you work with to help with staging or interior design?

We have a professional designer and stager on the team. If you want her to work with what you already have in your home, there is no cost for her services. If you need her to do full staging with new furnishings, there will be a separate charge for this service.

How do you price the homes you list?

We use a variety of techniques to ensure we are pricing our client’s property at the highest price point to ensure we get a contract as soon as possible. One advantage we have over other real estate brokerages and companies is that we have a licensed appraiser on the Top Dog team. This allows us to utilize the expertise of an appraiser as well as current market trends and competition to give us one of the most accurate pictures of what market value is for our client’s property.

We have real estate brokers in the Denver Front Range, Breckenridge, Keystone, Frisco, Silverthorne, Vail, Beaver Creek, Cordillera, Arrowhead, Avon, Edwards, Minturn, Eagle, Gypsum, Glenwood Springs, Rifle, Basalt, Snowmass, and Aspen. We cover Pitkin County, Garfield County, Eagle County, Summit County, and the counties around the Denver Metro area.

Do you have translators or brokers that speak different languages?

Top Dog Properties is truly a multilingual real estate brokerage that speaks all of the following languages: Texan, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, and American Sign Language. We have more Brokers joining Top Dog Properties all the time bringing there own language skills to the brokerage.

Where are your offices located?

We have 2 offices in Edwards Riverwalk, and soon to be opening an office in Eagle, Denver, and Playa del Carmen.

Who handles your marketing?

The short answer is the individual broker. The long answer is each broker with Top Dog is encouraged and rewarded for assisting on all company listings. Top Dog has their marketing teams split between Denver, Edwards, Phoenix, AZ, and the Philippines. Top Dog piggybacks all the marketing from the individual brokers.
